Crazy Bolivian Salt Flat Photos

Check out some fantastic photos (like the one below) from the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia on the Times Online Travel website. This is the largest salt pan in the World and stretches to 10,582 km². The unique flat white landscape allows for some truly odd photos to be taken as all sense of perspective is lost. During December to April the pans flood and become a giant mirror reflecting the sky as far as the eye can see. A chance for some truly awesome Quest team photos!!

Quest groups get the chance to explore this spectucular corner of Bolivia during the Andean Expedition. The scenerey surrounding the salt flats is equally awe-inspiring with geysers, hot springs, colourful, flamingo filled mineral lakes and Salvador Dali-esque rock formations.

I want to see the Salar de Uyuni!
